President & Owner

Experience: 19 years with CPS Flooring and over 30 years experience in the Epoxy flooring business.

Doug also enjoys auto racing in the VARAC league, making Maple Syrup and has raised over $75,000 for cancer research.

Jessica Kurtin

Vice President of Operations

Experience: 7 years with CPS Flooring. Graduated from Conestoga College with a degree in Business Accounting.

When not working, Jessica can be found spending time with her family, dogs and running.

Katy Camilleri

Office Manager

Experience: 4 years with CPS. Graduated from University of Toronto with a Honours Bachelor of Arts in History and Geography.

When not working, Katy loves to escape to her cottage and enjoys the water with her family and dog.

Salim Rasack

Senior Crew Leader

Experience: 9 years with CPS.

In his free time, Salim is a proud father of three.

Oscar has been with CPS Flooring for 6 years, and the original office dog. He enjoys napping in the sun and greeting all guests at the door. Darwyn has been a part of CPS for the past 4 years. He goes from desk to desk for his daily treats and head scratches and alerts the team of any visitors.
